This aromatherapy, essential oil blend may help calm children who are overly energetic, upset, or emotionally overstimulated. Recommended for ages 7 to 11 years of age. If needed, the blend can be made stronger. Just let us know in the note section.

Application Instructions:

1. Roll and rub on pulse points, down the spine, feet (especially the big toe), neck (front and back), temples, and wrists.
2. Massage for 1 minute and cover the area briefly to prevent oil from dispersing into the air.
3. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.

Allow the oil time to be absorbed into the bloodstream and reach the brain for mood enhancement.
